Online therapy, also called teletherapy or telehealth, has been shown by research to be equally as effective as in-person therapy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many therapists moved their practices online to accommodate the needs of clients.

I have found that clients benefit from online therapy as a convenient and effective way to access mental health support. Online therapy is now a regular part of many therapy practices.

Using your phone, tablet, or laptop/desktop computer, you can conveniently access therapy wherever you are. In your own home or car, you may feel more comfortable and safe to share your personal experiences than in a new office setting.

Online therapy allows us to connect even more about your current situations, as I am able to see you in your own environment. I can help you to utilize your resources at home to work towards your goals.

I offer lunch time sessions and early evening sessions to accommodate client’s work schedules.

Nervous about starting therapy?

It is normal to feel nervous about sharing about your personal experiences with a therapist, especially if you haven’t been in therapy before.

I will take the time to get to know you and create a safe therapeutic space for you before diving into the work. You will guide the pace and what we work on in therapy.

You will find that it helps to have a supportive, neutral third party to help you sort through thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I am here to help

I have a strengths-based, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach. I will help you to identify unhealthy patterns that lead to anxiety and stress, learn coping strategies that you can use in your daily life, and practice ways to communicate and set healthy boundaries with others. I will support and empower you to make changes in your relationships and life!
