You may have a hard time sleeping or enjoying activities that you used to like. Flashbacks and nightmares may also be affecting how you feel during the day and night. You may start seeing yourself or others in a negative light, or doubt your ability to have a normal life.

Nervous about starting therapy?

It is normal to feel nervous about sharing about your personal experiences with a therapist, especially if you haven’t been in therapy before.

I will take the time to get to know you and create a safe therapeutic space for you before diving into the work. You will guide the pace and what we work on in therapy.

You will find that it helps to have a supportive, neutral third party to help you sort through thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I am here to help.

I have a strengths-based, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach. I will help you to identify unhealthy patterns that lead to anxiety and stress, learn coping strategies that you can use in your daily life, and practice ways to communicate and set healthy boundaries with others. I will support and empower you to make changes in your relationships and life!
